According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Las Vegas Raiders will be parting ways with veteran corner jack Jones.

The Raiders had put Jones on the trade block, but after failing to find a partner, the Raiders have moved on from the 27-year-old.

Defensive Jones played all 17 games for the Raiders last season where he defended 16 passes, 3 of which he intercepted. After being claimed off waivers from the New England Patriots in 2023, Jones suited up for 24 games over the span of 2 seasons in Las Vegas.

The three-year veteran has intercepted seven passes, which he returned for touchdowns. Along with those, he has a total of 136 combined tackles, 27 of which were pass deflections.

With Jones being a sought out player at the market, he will most likely be picked up by a team looking to fill cornerback slots.
